How do I book for a cleaning service?

All you have to do is click book now, enter your relevant details and within 60 seconds you’re on the way to have a spick and span household. We’ll reply on the same business day confirming the appointment and arrival time. Also you can call us on 0430161992, 1300 851 601.

What services don’t you offer?

We don’t offer wet wiping of light bulbs, resurfacing/waxing/refinishing of floors, putting away dishes, large furniture moving, and large scale trash disposal.

Do I have to be present for a cleaning?

No, absolutely not! It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key and we’ll get your house cleaned!

How long it will take to clean my house?

It all depends on the condition of your home! But as a baseline takes the number of bedrooms you have and turn that into hours. Ex. 3 Bedrooms = 3 hours.

Do you clean furnished houses? Or only vacated end of lease empty properties?

We clean both end of lease vacated houses for people to get their bond back and furnished houses, but there are some breakable items that we don’t move. In general furnished houses may take longer to clean than empty houses, so they may cost slightly more to clean.

How many cleaners do you send?

At A1 Quality Cleaning we work in teams of 2 or 3 cleaners, however we can arrange more or less depending on the size of the property.

Do you clean carpets?

At A1 Quality Cleaning we specialize in cleaning all types of carpets and rugs.

Do you clean tiles in bathrooms and kitchens?

Yes we do, but if you’re have discoloured grout or if your tiles are in a very bad condition you must let us know as this requires pressure cleaning which can be expensive, and can only be provided upon request.

Do you clean windows?

As part of our End of Lease clean at A1 Quality Cleaning we clean the inside of windows as part of the End of Lease Clean, but outside windows are only cleaned on request.

Do you clean balconies?

Yes we can clean balconies as part of an end of lease clean – but only upon request and size of the balcony.

Do you clean wooden floors?

An End of Lease clean includes sweeping and mopping hard wood floors, and we also have polishing and waxing services, but only provided upon request.

Do you clean ovens and fridges?

We clean stoves as tasks included in an A1 Quality Cleaning End of Lease clean, however, ovens and fridges are cleaned on request.

How many days in advance do I need to make a booking?

As soon as possible, we are always busy at A1 quality Cleaning and appreciate as much lead time as possible, as the time you request may already be booked if you leave making the booking to the last minute.

Do you guarantee getting my bond back?

At A1 Quality Cleaning we help you get your bond back, unless the property is beyond cleaning, however, we are rarely unable to get the property to an acceptable standard.

What happens if my real estate agent complains about the cleaning?

A1Quality Cleaning will go back and clean within reason the items required at no extra cost, providing that the invoice has been paid in full on time. All we require is an email with the list of end of lease cleaning items that require re-cleaning from you or from your real estate agent and with at least one days’ notice. All complaints must be made within 24 hours of cleaning being completed, so you must check the property within 24 hours after is has been cleaned.

Late cancellation fees?

We want to make sure that everybody’s appointments are serviced by the best cleaning professionals possible. It takes us time to find the right home cleaning professional for you. This is why we ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made the day of your appointment will incur a $30 charge.
